| AIM HIGH RUNNING CAMP | |||
| Several member of the WNHS Cross Country Team attended Aim High Running Camp at Camp Aldersgate in Brantingham, N.Y., north of Utica during the first week of August this year. The camp is run by a young and very energetic couple, Dave and Jen Patruno of Syracuse, N.Y. Attendees received group and individualized instruction in training and goal setting. They were able to learn from expert coaches and elite athletes who have national and world recognition in a fun and relaxing environment. Below are some images from camp: | |||
